PATHWAY 1 - THE FOUNDATION
The Initial Four-Week Journey
Each session builds on the last — creating a complete transformation from the inside out.
Week 01 — Awareness: Know Yourself to Lead Yourself
- Discover the first three Inner Powers of Self-Leadership
- Learn to trust your inner voice over outside approval
- Recognize how thoughts and emotions shape confidence
- Begin developing presence through speaking exercises
Takeaway: Leadership begins the moment you discover that your greatest influence starts within.
Week 02 — Alignment: Discover Your Voice & Personal Brand
- Deliver your first teach-back presentation and receive peer coaching
- Explore four Inner Powers: energy, time, choices, and habits
- Strengthen eye contact, posture, vocal variety, and speaking presence
- Learn how everyday decisions shape your character and reputation
Takeaway: Your voice becomes powerful when it reflects who you truly are.
Week 03 — Activation: Activate Your Purpose & Presence
- Discover your natural strengths, talents, and unique gifts
- Deliver a polished presentation using storytelling and authentic connection
- Explore the final Inner Powers: Creativity, Imagination, Higher Self, and Honoring Your Gifts
- Learn how purpose grows from recognizing your unique strengths

Week 04 — Become: Own the Room
- Create and deliver your personal Leadership Identity Statement
- Integrate storytelling, vocal variety, body language, and audience connection
- Celebrate your growth and compare your first presentation to your final one
- Graduate as a Speak & Lead™ Certified Leader

The Founder
From Room Mom to Keynote Speaker… and Back Again.
Angel Carlton Anderson
Long before Angel was speaking on conference stages, developing leaders in corporate America, or coaching executives through change, she was simply a mom with a passion for helping young people discover who they were created to become. Like many parents, she volunteered wherever she could — serving as a room mom, PTA President, classroom volunteer, and youth mentor. As her son Nicholas grew, so did her passion for helping young people develop the confidence, character, and life skills that would prepare them for whatever future awaited them.
That passion led her to co-create youth leadership initiatives including Free2BU Youth & Family Empowerment Programs, Make A Difference Week, The Conversations with God Family Enrichment Kit, and The Golden Rule is Cool children's book series. She served as a Volunteer Educator with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, mentored students through Junior Achievement USA, served on the advisory board of Best Buddies International, and created one of her very first keynote presentations for high school seniors: How to Conquer the Grown-up Years. These experiences shaped her belief that leadership begins long before someone receives a title.
As her career evolved, Angel took those same leadership principles into the corporate world — working with Fortune 500 organizations, associations, and conference audiences across the country. Along the way, she became a professional speaker, published author, leadership development facilitator, podcast host, and creator of The Agility Advantage™, the 6-PATH™ Method, and the 11 Inner Powers of Leadership™. Now, with Speak & Lead™, she's bringing it all back to where it started — the next generation.
